Apave Asia-Pacific providing training and waterways management capacity building services

The contract for the provision of Training and Waterways Management Capacity Building Services is a part of the Transportation Development Project in the Northern Delta (NDTDP), Vietnam which is funded by the World Bank and managed by the Project Management Unit - Waterway Transport (PMU-W) under the supervision of the Ministry of Transport. 

This contract objects to enhance the inland water way transport management capacity for management officers at all level in the 14 North provinces belonging to the Project, the training capacity for Waterway Transport Vocational College No.1 Hai Duong and upgrade the training equipment for VCN1.

Apave Asia-Pacific Company, leading the join-venture Apave Asia-Pacific, Apave International and Apave Mare to execute the contract, has offered capacity building and training services based on the Terms of Reference. The total contract value is nearly 400,000 USD.

The actual implementation time of this consulting service was approximately 3.5 months with 7 training courses during 20 training days and over 180 students at all levels.
